HNHS Bloodborne Pathogens Education Request Form

OSHA and MIOSHA require all employees who have occupational exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials be trained at the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter. Included in our service to you, HNHS Waste offers an online interactive training course which covers the requirements for MIOSHA Bloodborne Infectious Diseases Standard except site-specific information.

FEES – This training is free for HNHS customers. If you are not a current customer, we do offer training for a fee of $25 per person. Please fill out and submit the form below and a HNHS Customer Service Representative will contact you to make payment arrangements.
